EKSTASIS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I sign up?

Just send us a quick email at info@ekstasissc.com with:

– Your name, email, and phone number
– A short note about what you’re looking for
– The best day/time to reach you

One of our team members will reach out to schedule your Complimentary Consultation (a friendly phone chat to learn about your goals and see if
we’re a good fit). No pressure — just a conversation.

2. How do I cancel or reschedule a workout?

Life happens — we get it. You can make changes anytime through Wellness Living (on your computer or the app).

Members: You have up to 4 hours ahead of a session time to book, cancel, or reschedule sessions. Cancellations of scheduled member sessions under 4 hours ahead of time will forfeit that session.

Non‑members: You have up until 24 hours ahead of a session time to book, cancel, or reschedule sessions. Cancellations of scheduled drop-in sessions under 24 hours ahead of time will forfeit that session.

If you ever feel stuck, just let us know and we’ll help you out.

3. Who do I contact if I have issues booking a session?

Before reaching out, try a couple quick troubleshooting steps — they solve most booking hiccups:

- Make sure your credit card on file is active and not expired

- Check that you still have sessions available in your membership

If you’ve tried those and still can’t book, just email us at info@ekstasissc.com and we’ll get you sorted out fast.

4. How does the wait list work?

If a spot opens in a session you’re wait listed for at least six (6) hours ahead of time, you’ll automatically be moved into the session. You’ll receive both an email and an SMS text notification confirming your spot.

If you’re promoted from the wait list but can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before the session to avoid any late‑cancellation penalties. Our standard cancellation policies apply.

If you are not promoted into the session, the session credit will automatically return to your profile for future use.

5. How do I buy additional sessions as a member?

Need an extra lift (literally)? Members can supplement their memberships by grabbing additional Member Single Sessions for $80 from the Store in Wellness Living.

6. How do I buy a session if I’m not a member?

Not a member yet but want to drop in? You can purchase a $90 Personalized Small Group Training Drop‑In session through the Store in Wellness Living.

7. How do I send my coaches a note about injuries, modifications, or anything else?

Your coaches want to know what’s going on with your body — the good, the bad, and the “my shoulder feels weird today.” Send us a message anytime through the TrainHeroic Chat feature. We read everything.

8. Why am I not receiving text messages (SMS)?

Most often, it’s because your phone number isn’t added to your Wellness Living profile. Pop it in there and you should start receiving updates. If not, we’ll troubleshoot with you.

9. How do I book a PEP Talk?

PEP Talks are your chance to check in, reset, and get some personalized guidance. You can book them in Wellness Living, just like a workout.

Available times:

Tuesdays: 1:30–1:50 PM and 2:00–2:20 PM
Thursdays: 1:30–1:50 PM and 2:00–2:20 PM

These complimentary meetings are short, sweet, and surprisingly powerful.

10. How do I get on the wait list for a DEXA Scan?

Just email info@ekstasissc.com and let us know you’d like to be added to the DEXA wait list. We’ll reach out as soon as a spot opens.

11. How do I pause or cancel my membership?

If you need to pause or cancel, send us an email at info@ekstasissc.com at least 2 weeks in advance.

Please include:

Pause: Your exact *start* and *end* dates
Cancel: The date you’d like your membership to end

A quick note: cancellations made mid-month don’t result in a refund — but we’ll make sure you’re clear on timing so there are no surprises.
