Madison Endsley
Strength and Conditioning Assistant, B.S.
Madison grew up in Temecula, California and began playing volleyball at age
7. She joined Coast Volleyball Club at 11 and later attended Cathedral
Catholic High School. Committing to the University of Washington as a
junior, she played Division I volleyball for five years while earning a BS
in Medical Anthropology & Global Health, with a minor in Nutrition & Health.
She began coaching during college at Space Needle Volleyball Foundation in
Mukilteo, where she continues to lead girls teams and clinics. Madison also
volunteers as an assistant coach at Shorecrest High School.
A lifelong advocate for strength training, Madison sees it as essential for
injury prevention, performance, and overall well-being. She now focuses on
helping others build strength for both athletic and personal goals.
