Zach Trumbauer, MEd.

Coach, Internship Coordinator, MEd., CSCS

CSCS is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a strong foundation in both athletic performance and leadership. Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Zach attended Bishop Blanchet High School, where he competed in football and track and field. He went on to earn his B.S. in Exercise Science and Health from the University of Idaho in 2015, while competing as a Division I Hammer and Shotput thrower. He later earned his M.Ed. in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington in 2019. Since 2015, Zach has worked as a personal trainer and performance coach, supporting athletes and clients across all levels—from beginners to professionals. His coaching experience includes roles with Eastlake High School’s Track and Field team and Lincoln High School’s Football and Track and Field programs.

Zach is committed to using the latest research and evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve meaningful results. He believes in creating a training environment that balances intensity with enjoyment, ensuring each session is both effective and engaging.
