Trevor Bradley-Dade, M.S.
Trevor is a seasoned strength and conditioning coach with a master’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Originally from Sudbury, Massachusetts, he competed in baseball and basketball at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School before earning his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College in 2017, where he also participated in collegiate baseball and powerlifting. He completed his graduate studies at Merrimack College in 2019.
Trevor’s career spans both collegiate athletics and corporate wellness. He has coached at top institutions including Harvard, Boston College, Tufts, Boston University, and Holy Cross, and later led employee wellness and engagement programs for Adobe and Samsung in the Bay Area.
With over a decade of experience, Trevor brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to Ekstasis. He’s worked with individuals of all ages, abilities, and goals, and is committed to building trust through personal connection. His philosophy centers on using evidence-based methods to create an environment where fitness is accessible, motivating, and transformative.
