Tom attended Central Washington University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while competing for the Track team as a thrower and jumper. After graduation Tom became a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. This combination of deep scientific knowledge and athletic experience helped Tom become an elite strength and conditioning coach in the Pacific Northwest.
Tom’s training principles are rooted in consistency, hard work, and data driven results. Through these principles Tom has helped clients of all levels and abilities reach their health and fitness goals. Whether the client is a pro athlete, weekend warrior, or complete fitness beginner, Tom gets results.
